When are the cut off times for ordering?
Cut off is 3 days prior to delivery (4 days for Monday delivery.)

How and when are the meals delivered?
We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The meals are delivered in insulated, thermal bags with ice packs ensuring their freshness for up to 4 hours if you are not home when the meals are delivered. They will be delivered based on the fastest route available for our drivers. You will receive a text when your delivery driver is on the way and when your meals have been delivered.
What is the difference between Al A Carte and Subscriptions?
Subscription: Save money with subscription plans! Auto-renews each week on the date you start your subscription, no need to fill out payment and shipping info each week. Because we offer a subscription discount there is a minimum of 2 weeks for subscriptions before canceling. After 2 weeks, you may pause or cancel any time after. Additionally, you may select your meals each week before the cutoff time associated with your delivery day.
Al A Carte: Recommended to anyone who wants to try us first. One time purchase and you may order for multiple delivery days. $75 min order for Monday delivery day and $50 min order for Wednesday and Thursday delivery days.
When can I select my meals as a subscriber?
You can select which meals you want from our menu if your selection is made by 12:00pm on the cutoff date associated with your selected delivery day. Please update in your account. Note: each renewal will process weekly, on the day of your initial sign up. If you would like your renewal date on a certain day, please let me know and I can adjust that for you.
How do I pause as a subscriber?
Login to your account and simply enable the pause feature on your subscription. You can only pause your delivery day if your renewal for the date you wish to pause has not processed. If this is an issue for you, please reach out to me and I can edit your renewal day to allow amble time for pausing and selecting meals. *Note: When you pause your subscription plan you will have to log back into your account to un-pause to resume your subscription.

Are there gluten free and dairy free options available for meals?
Yes, some meals are (or have the option to be) gluten and or dairy free and are noted.
Around how many calories are in each meal?
Traditional meals range anywhere from 400-600+ Vegetarian meals range 200-400+
What is your delivery range?
As of now, we deliver up to 30 miles away from 92110 within the U.S. We may increase our delivery range in the future.
How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is a flat rate of $10.00 for up to 10 miles radius, then it is $1.00 every mile after that. For example, if you live 15 miles away, your delivery fee will be $15.00.
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
The meals are made from fresh ingredients and then are delivered fresh, never frozen to your front door.
How do I heat the meals up?
Most meals can be heated in a microwave for the indicated time on the label or remove meal from container and cook on stovetop in a skillet until cooked to desired temperature. Some meals will come in a foil tin for you to simply remove lid and reheat in oven or toaster oven.
What kind of packaging do you use?
For most of our meals we use reusable and recyclable plastic containers. There are a few meals that are better served in foil tins that can be recycled.
How long do the meals last?
The meals last up to 3-7 days refrigerated depending on the ingredients. The recommended dates of consumption are listed on each meal. Although some meals can be frozen, we do not recommend freezing them for optimal freshness. If you choose to freeze, please thaw completely before reheating by placing in the refrigerator the night before.
Is there a minimum number of meals I must purchase?
No. There is not a minimum number of meals you need to purchase, but we do have a $75.00 order minimum for Monday deliveries and a $50.00 order minimum for Wednesday and Thursday deliveries.
How do I return the bags and icepacks?
You can leave your empty bags with the icepacks outside your door for the delivery driver to pick up when they drop off your next delivery.
